Every dog and cat deserves to feel safe, loved, and valued. At Haven Animal Rescue of Texas, we work every day to give abandoned and homeless pets the second chances they deserve while advocating for change at the local, state, and federal levels to better animal welfare.
As a not-for-profit organization, we are dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals by rescuing dogs and cats in need and ensuring they receive essential veterinary care, including spay and neuter services. But our work doesn’t stop there—we believe that keeping pets with the families who love them is just as important as finding new homes.
Through education, resources, and compassionate support, we help pet owners learn how to properly care for their animals and offer assistance to those facing financial hardship. Our goal is to help families stay together, even during life’s most challenging moments.
